Is your goal to lose weight? Are you struggling? Do you fall off the wagon so to speak? You are not alone! The A LOT to Lose class on Tuesday evenings is MUCH MORE than just an aerobic class! Ask those girls who have been attending! They have collectively lost over 150 pounds! Join in the success! Come to this class for not only your Tuesday workout BUT conversation, food tips, diet tips, exercise suggestions for the rest of the week, a fair amount of whining, a fair amount of encouragement and a whole lot of laughter and fun! Being healthier does not have to be a sad thing - it can be fun and you know the ol' saying misery loves company - well I haven't seen much misery back there - only smiles and successes along the way! This month is a great month to begin and start over in the weight loss journey! And even if you don't necessarily want to lose weight - the class is still GREAT - the calories burned are the same no matter why you are there!
