CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
A LOT TO LOSE: A class which targets weight loss - workout, acountability, motivation, a how-to guide, people to whine with and people to laugh with!
BODY BLAST: Blast the fat and increase your lean body mass with a blend of cardio, kickboxing and strength training
BOOT CAMP: Combines intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises. Sure to challenge any fitness level!
CARDIO MANIA: High energy, fat burning class - sampler of several formats!
CORILATES: You will strengthen and tone your mid-section in the "waist whittling" workout.
DANCING TO THE OLDIES: Come twist and shout like back in the day and maybe even learn some of today's moves!
FLIRTY GIRL FITNESS: Flirty and fun fitness system utilizing some of the world's hottest dance routines!
HI/LO AEROBICS: Low impact aerobics with options to kick it up a bit!
INTRO TO ZUMBA: Introduction to the basic Latin rhythms that make Zumba so popular. Come Join the Party!
INTRO TO YOGA: Learn the basic poses in this beginner, relaxation yoga class.
LITE: A "liter" version of intervals. Short segments of floor aerobics combined with active recovery periods utilizing hand weights , tubing, etc.
STEP AND TONE: Combination of choreograph step routines and muscle and strength work.
STRENGTH AND MOVEMENT: A low impact, slow to mid-tempo workout blending cardio, weight training, flexibility and balance. Participant can
stand or sit in this class.
STRETCH AND FLEX: Approved by the Arthritis foundation, this class will help loosen stiff muscles and help improve flexibility. Participant can
stand or sit.
TNT: Tone and Tighten all the major muscle groups in this explosive class.
WALK YOUR A$$ OFF: 30 minutes of fast paced, fast tunes walking and stepping! Count those steps and count those calories GOODBYE!
YOGA BREAK: Enjoy relaxing your body and clearing your mind with yoga moves!
YOGA FLO: This yoga class flows from one pose to another strengthening, stretching and restoring the body.
YOUNG AT HEART PLUS: Cardio, Strength, toning, tightening, sculpting, balance, core workouts which change each time! A full range of format
and moves each week.
ZUMBA: If you are tired of the same old thing and want to have fun while getting in shape, then this is for YOU! Join the party!
FLIRTY/ZUMBA DANCE PARTY: A mixture of dance varieties. Start the weekend off right - Join the Dance Party and burn those calories!
ZUMBA GOLD: Latin inspired cardio workout that uses simple moves designed for beginners and older active adults. Get grooving at your own pace!
