Buddy Sessions (2 members training together)

Our personal trainers are there for you! Tara, Margaret, Jaime and Amy are available for appointments. Their business cards are up front on the counter and when you are ready - you can contact them directly for an appointment. Everyone needs a little boost and a little help from time to time PLUS some good old fashioned "kick in the b..." don't get lazy - get motivated! This exercise thing is as much of a mind game as it is a physical thing! The assistance is available to help you make the most of your time spent and to help you meet those goals!
