Every Thursday in September at 5:00, Jaime Rice is going to talk to us about EATING - all you have to do is show up!
We will meet up front by the body comp area (close to the scales! appropriate don't you think?) and Jaime will share information on various food subjects.
This is a FREE service to you as members and you may bring guests to hear - they can pay the $5 day pass fee when you arrive and then stay for a workout or a class!!
